Just wanted to say thanks again for your consulting this past while.  I learned a lot from our sessions. The metrics system and learning how to properly read those numbers have really transformed our company.

Another major shift for us was training and holding our front desk team accountable. That structure has brought a noticeable improvement to how we operate day to day.

I also want to mention that since January, Legacy Stronghold Mississauga has grown by 30 students, and April was our best month yet. A big part of that success came from implementing the strategies you taught me.
