This weekend had Legacy doing two different team trainings in two different cities within 48 hours. It is not always like this, however some things are unique to the timing needed. It is the beginning of the year, and an important exercise and mainstay in Legacy is the annual roadmap, which we ran on Saturday in Toronto. We help school owners and their managers get aligned personally and professionally for the upcoming year. The whole year is planned: events to bring students in, community events, and events to celebrate and reward our tribe. The roadmap has evolved over time, helping school owners put themselves first in their personal lives to ensure they are always walking toward fulfillment and success, whatever that looks like for them.

The second was our Instructors Course in Ottawa at our HQ. Yes, we teach our own instructors the exact same principles we teach other schools, because we want to raise the level across the industry. Teaching methods, structure, mindset, and most importantly safety for everyone inside our schools. After two full days of helping school owners, managers, and instructors, my heart is full starting the year with the work Legacy is doing. I know we are having an impact and changing lives.
